For multifamily owner and managers I provide market/product research, needs assessments and product provider evaluations. When a company considers adding a new product or service I research and evaluate providers that will best be able to service the needs of that portfolio. I submit to the management company a list of providers that meet or exceed their criteria.
For product and service providers to the multifamily industry I offer training in “Relationship Marketing” and Apartment Association marketing plans. In addition, for companies that are new to the multifamily market I provide guidance in developing marketing plans, staff training, product evaluation and in some cases relationship development.
Servant Leadership is a large part of my program for members of the multifamily community. The value of your membership increases by factors with active involvement in association work.
