Larry Duncan Consulting, strategically based in the center of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, operates as a solo consulting practice with more than thirty years of award winning service to the national multifamily industry.
For product and service providers to the multifamily industry I offer training in “Relationship Marketing” and Apartment Association marketing plans. In addition, for companies that are new to the multifamily market I provide guidance in developing marketing plans, staff training, product evaluation and in some cases relationship development. I also offer the meeting management training offered to owner/managers.
For multifamily owner and managers I provide consulting in association involvement and training in committee chairmanship, including agenda management and basic instruction in Robert’s Rules of Order. In my role as “The Teddy Bear Man” I offer an interactive class in stress management that is multifamily specific.
Servant Leadership is a large part of my program for members of the multifamily community. The value of your membership increases by factors with active involvement in association work.
