The National Apartment Association NAA serves the interests of multifamily housing owners, managers, developers and suppliers, and promotes a high level of professionalism in the multifamily housing industry to better serve the rental housing needs of the public.

The National Multihousing Council Based in Washington, DC, NMHC is a national association representing the interests of the larger and most prominent apartment firms in the U.S. NMHC's members are the principal officers of firms engaged in all aspects of the apartment industry, including ownership, development, management, and financing. Nearly one-third of American households rent, and over 14 percent of households live in a rental apartment (buildings with five or more units).

The Texas Apartment Association The Texas Apartment Association, Inc. (TAA) is a non-profit statewide trade association dedicated to unifying rental housing professionals through education, legislative advocacy and member services. TAA is affiliated with the National Apartment Association and local associations in 25 Texas cities. Members join TAA and NAA by joining the local affiliate in their area.

The Apartment Association of Greater Dallas The Apartment Association of Greater Dallas is made up of a wide variety of businesses, including the rental property owners and management companies, with more than 1,890 properties representing over 435,000 units in the eleven counties in the north Texas area, as well as 635 companies that provide professional services and quality products to the property owners and management companies.

The San Antonio Apartment Association Founded in 1964, the San Antonio Apartment Association is a trade association of owners, managers and suppliers of the rental housing industry serving 21 counties in South Central Texas.

Austin Apartment Association The Austin Apartment Association (AAA) is a local trade association formed in 1964, and is affiliated with the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. AAA dedicates itself to serving the needs of the Greater Austin rental housing industry. AAA prides itself in keeping its membership up-to-date with changes and opportunities in the rental housing industry. The Austin Apartment Association is widely recognized in Texas courts. AAA offers multiple publications, leasing and business forms, and networking opportunities for our members.
